After reaching my goal weight I still was not happy with my body.
I started training with Trent as I had set myself a big half marathon goal and need to achieve a body I was happy with. The first thing he did was my meal plan!! After checking and double checking on the amount of food he wanted me to eat I decided to put my trust in him. To my surprise 6 weeks later my body had changed!! Trent then gave me a goal to do 5 underhand chin-ups! I thought he was joking and 12 weeks later I was reaching goals I never thought possible! Trent is awesome at giving me meal plans to suit the season or the changes we make to training. So happy I let go of what I knew and trusted Trent when it came to my food and training because I look back now and can’t believe what I have achieved and the amazing strength I have gained I would never have done any of it without him!!
