Undertaking the Bodies by TJ 40 day transformation challenge is undoubtedly the best lifestyle decision I have made.
It has completely altered the way in which I view healthy eating and exercise as well as drastically changing my appearance. The exercise programming he provided specifically for me was excellent, not only did it give me a sold structure and routine whilst training at the gym but giving me the flexibility to perform the cardio exercises that I preferred. Another real positive of the exercise programming was definitely the different types of sets Trent puts together for his clients. From drop sets to giant sets, I felt myself being pushed harder than ever before and was seeing an increase in my strength almost straight away. However, the results I achieve would not have been possible without the outstanding diet plan Trent compiled for me. It was full of variety, flavour and had a strict macronutrient level which made sure I was never bored of the healthy foods I was eating. I found myself with more energy than usual after beginning the diet plan, as well as enjoying many other benefits such as fast weight loss and clearer skin. Complimenting the diet plan, TJ was always happy to communicate his knowledge of food and nutrition to me, always giving me tips on the foods and drinks I should avoid based on their macronutrient content. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for greater results than what I achieved during the 40 day challenge, losing 10kg throughout, and I certainly could not have done this without the help of TJ.
