My passion for health and fitness started at an early age, my competitive nature and ambition began to blossom with my first love; sport.
At 21 years of age, a career highlight for me was playing professional rugby league with the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the NRL Telstra Premiership. It was through this experience that I first built my hunger to learn about the human body and how it delivers in the face of adversity. Working with expert strength and conditioning coaches, sports physiologists and dieticians I became a human sponge for knowledge on everything health and fitness often sitting for hours talking with these experts about their chosen fields.
Since retiring from rugby league I had a burning desire to know everything there is to know about fitness and nutrition. I became a certified personal trainer and spent countless days and nights researching/trying all the different diets and training styles out there from ‘zero carbs-high fats’ to ‘paleo’ to ‘IIFYM’ to ‘vegetarian’ to see which ones were most effective and which ones truly were ‘bro science’. Through this research and using myself as a human guinea pig I truly believe I have developed the best system possible to deliver results in half the time of my of the other popular programs and systems available.
My mission is to educate as many people on fitness and mental initiation as possible and change as many lives and bodies as I can in the process.
